A. Making a Booking

  1. Can I speak to someone about making a booking?
    • You can book online at www.disneyboutiqueatharrods.com for bookings over 5 days ahead
    • If you have any questions throughout the booking process or wish to enquire about availability for within the next 5 days please contact the Harrods Customer Loyalty Team on 0333 300 1234 (from the UK) or +44 (0) 20 3626 7911 from international numbers.
    • Please note, bookings within the next 5 days can only be made by phone and we are unable to guarantee dress selections
  2. What are the opening hours of the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique?
    • Bookings are available Monday to Saturday 10am – 7pm, Sunday 12pm – 6pm
  3. When do I choose the dress?
    • We know that every little girl can change her mind and favour different Princesses or colours at different times in addition to growth bursts! For this reason the dress selection will be done 6 weeks prior to your appointment or at the time of booking if it is less than 6 weeks away.
    • We will send you an email when it is time for you to make the selections and we recommend you review the options when this email arrives to ensure your favourite choices are available.
    • If your favourite is not available we recommend that you make an alternate selection. You can keep checking back and if your first choice does come back then you can contact the Harrods Customer Loyalty Team on 0333 300 1234 (from the UK) or +44(0)20 3626 7911 (from outside the UK) to amend your selection (any amendments cannot be guaranteed if requested within 5 days of the appointment).
    • When you book the Courtyard and Knight Experiences you will be asked to specify size at the time of booking.
  4. I’d like to book for 5 girls to visit for my daughter’s birthday party, will they all visit together? How many adults would need to accompany them?
    • We do not yet offer a party package however you can book appointments for up to 3 children on a single booking. Although the appointments will be within the same 30 minute slot we cannot guarantee they will be together so we do recommend you book early!
    • On any appointment a maximum of 3 people, including children, can accompany each child through the experience.
  5. Can I make a group booking?
    • We do not yet offer group bookings however you can book for up to 3 children on a single appointment and we do recommend you book early! The children will be a few minutes apart.
    • All children participating in the experience must have a Consent and Release Form signed by a Parent/Guardian. You can download this here for the Parent/Guardian to sign and bring along with you on the day.
  6. Can I use my Harrods Loyalty Card on my Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique purchase?
    • You can collect points on your Loyalty Card, please present it at the end of the experience and we will swipe it through for you.
  7. How do we book lunch in the Disney Café in Harrods for after the experience?
    • Disney Café does not take reservations except for large groups. Please feel free to visit at any time.
  8. Can I bring food and drink in for my child?
    • Unfortunately we cannot allow food and drink into the Boutique. Water will be available if required.
  9. I have forgotten my login or password, what do I do?
    • Your Login is your email address.
    • If you have forgotten your password, click on the forgotten password link and enter your email address, surname and postcode. You will then receive a password reset email.

B. Changing a Booking

  1. If my daughter changes her mind about which costume she’d like is this ok?
    • We recommend in this instance that you contact the Harrods Customer Loyalty team on 0333 300 1234 (from the UK) or +44(0)20 3626 7911 (from outside the UK) as soon as possible and they will make every effort to try and accommodate your request. (Subject to availability)

    • We recommend in this instance that you contact the Harrods Customer Loyalty team on 0333 300 1234 (from the UK) or +44(0)20 3626 7911 (from outside the UK) as soon as possible and they will make every effort to try and accommodate your request. (Subject to availability)
    • You can also upgrade on the day however we cannot guarantee availability of styles and sizes.
  3. Can I cancel my appointment?
    • Bookings can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the date of appointment without charge. Bookings cancelled less than 7 days in advance will be subject to a £25 cancellation fee per child cancelled. Bookings can be rescheduled up to and on the date of the appointment without charge. To cancel or reschedule a booking please contact the Harrods Customer Loyalty Team on 0333 300 1234 (from the UK) or +44 (0) 20 3626 7911 from international numbers and they will be happy to arrange this for you.
  4. What if my child is sick on the day of the appointment?
    • If you are unable to attend on the day please call the Harrods Customer Loyalty Team on 0333 300 1234 from the UK or +44 (0) 20 3626 7911 from international numbers at the earliest possible opportunity so that we may assist you in rescheduling or cancelling. If you are unable to attend and do not inform us in advance we will consider this a no show and will retain a £25 cancellation fee per child cancelled.
  5. What happens if there are delays and we are late on the day?
    • We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the appointment time.
    • We appreciate that sometimes being late is beyond your control and we do recommend you allow plenty of time for your journey.
    • If you arrive less than 15 minutes after the appointment time we will continue with the experience but may need to alter some options in order to remain on schedule for following customers.
    • If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time, whilst we will do our best to accommodate you, we may need to reschedule an experience if we determine that your arrival time will significantly impact on the experience we are able to offer or encroach on another customer’s experience.
  6. How do I correct any errors in my booking?
    • If there are errors in any part of your booking details please contact the Harrods Customer Loyalty Team on 0333 300 1234 (from the UK) or +44(0)20 3626 7911 (from outside the UK) who will be happy to update these for you.

C. The Experience

  1. How long will the experience last?
    • 45 – 60 minutes
  2. Who can participate in the experiences?
    • The experiences are recommended for children aged 3 – 12 years old.
    • Please note our costumes are available up to size 11-12, please consult the size guide. when making your size selections and choose carefully.
    • Children must be 3 years old to participate.
    • Younger children are required to be toilet trained.
  3. How many people can come along with my child to see the experience?
    • A maximum of 3 people, including children, can accompany a child through the experience.
  4. How should I style my child’s hair on the day?
    • All Princesses / Knights should arrive with clean, dry hair and be free of any scalp or hair conditions.
    • To help our Fairy Godmothers-in-Training we ask that children please wear hair loose or in a simple ponytail, avoiding intricate plaits, braids or updo’s.
    • Please bear in mind that hairstyles and face paint is applied to last throughout the Experience and photograph opportunities. How long the hair and face paint last beyond the Experience will depend in several factors including the hair and skin type and how the hair and face are cared for.
  5. My child has short hair; will they still be able to pick a style?
    • We can always create magic! Although for very short hair, choices may be more limited
  6. My child doesn't speak English. Will there be someone there to translate the experience?

  7. We took my elder daughter to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at Disneyland or Walt Disney World. Will the experience be the same for her sister in Harrods?
    • The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is similar to the experience that your child will have had in one of our Disney Theme Parks. However, some elements of the experience are different but your child will still have a magical experience.
  8. Do you have any other Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique locations in the UK?
    • No, the Harrods store in London is currently the only location.

D. Health and Allergies

  1. My child is allergic to some face paints, do you use hypoallergenic products?
    • Yes, all our products are hypoallergenic and are approved as safe to use on children 3 and over.
    • Please detail any allergies or health conditions that may affect your child’s experience in the Comments box during the booking process.
    • If you have already booked you can amend your booking with this information by contacting the Harrods Customer Loyalty Team on 0333 300 1234 (from the UK) or +44(0)20 3626 7911 (from outside the UK) and they will add this information to your booking.
  2. My child has disabilities, can they still attend?
    • All children are welcome at Disney’s Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at Harrods. We are committed to ensuring that children with disabilities have the opportunity to participate in the experience.
    • Please advise us of any special requirements in the Comments box at the time of booking to enable us to best meet the child’s needs.
    • There is step free access to the Boutique via door 5 which will be highlighted on your final email from us. There is also a wheelchair position within the Boutique.

E. Photos

  1. Can I take photos of my child during the Experience?
    • You are welcome to take your own photos within the Boutique Salon area only.
    • There will also be photos taken by our Boutique Photographers throughout the transformation experience.
  2. How can I order more photos?
    • You will have the opportunity to view and select any photos you wish to purchase at the end of the experience.
    • You can purchase as many copies of each picture as you wish and there are a number of photo packages available. Your Fairy Godmother in-Training or any of the Boutique Photographers will be able to advise you on the various options.

  1. What happens if the dress I’ve ordered doesn’t fit?
    • We will try to accommodate alternate sizes within the experience; however we cannot guarantee that other sizes will be available within the Boutique on the day.
    • If we do not have an alternate size available on the day we will endeavour to locate a dress in the correct size subject to stock availability.
    • Please select sizes carefully by referring to our size guide.
  2. One of the items from the experience is faulty, what can I do?
    • We want you to be happy with your experience and products. If a product is damaged or faulty please return the item to Harrods or contact the Harrods Customer Loyalty Team on 0333 300 1234 (from the UK) or +44(0)20 3626 7911 (from outside the UK) who will be happy to help.
